Bradford Catered Events presents a recently catered wedding celebration:
Beth + Seth
This stunning wedding took place at one of Knoxville’s most beautiful and artistic venues: the Historic Tennessee Theatre.
In this unique and gorgeous wedding venue, Beth and Seth exchanged vows on stage in front of an excited group of family and friends before joining them for an evening to celebrate their nuptials.
The celebration began with a cocktail hour in the lobby of the theatre. As they drank, guests also dined on shrimp cocktail, fresh melon wrapped in prosciutto and miniature pizzas from customized pizza boxes with the couple’s initials.
The reception took place on the theatre’s stage, which is a large open space perfect for a party when the curtains are drawn. Decorative tables and chairs provided places for guests to dine on our custom catered food—and to rest in between dances!
As they mingled, danced and celebrated Beth and Seth, guests partook in a delicate and delicious hors d’oeuvres buffet.
The buffet included seasonal roasted vegetables, garlic cheese grit triangles, mushrooms stuffed with a house three cheese blend, cocktail crab cakes with homemade cocktail sauce and freshly baked sweet potato biscuits stuffed with ham, beef wellington bites.
In the main theatre, we featured a slider station. This included: hamburger sliders, mini hot dogs, mini bratwurst, chili and all the appropriate toppings served with funnel cake fries dusted with powdered sugar. These were also served in a customized box with the couple’s name and coordinating wedding colors of the event and Tennessee Theatre.
As the evening ended and all the joyful guests danced to the final song, the happy couple departed in a sparkler send-off in front of all of their loved ones. The celebration had come to an end, but the happy memories will last the couple a lifetime.
Beth later reminisced about the evening, saying, “Man, Bradford Catered Events, in addition to great food, you and Sam Franklin made the Historic Tennessee Theatre look even more fabulous! I didn’t think that was possible! I loved every second of my wedding. You were all incredible, many thanks. Such a pleasure to work with.”
